1. Who owns this estate

The InMyPocket platform, its modules and the material described below belong to In My Pocket Ltd, company number 17447176, registered office 34 Green Lane, Blackwater, Camberley, Surrey GU17 9DH. Questions about this notice, about permission to use anything described in it, or about anything you believe appears here wrongly, go to hello@inmypocket.uk.

2. Our trade marks, and what the trade-mark symbol means here

InMyPocket™, ValueIMP™, CareIMP™ and NIM™ are trade marks of In My Pocket Ltd, together with the InMyPocket mascot, characters, logos and get-up.

These marks are unregistered. The trade-mark symbol marks a claim to an unregistered mark. It does not mean that the mark is registered, and nothing on this estate should be read as saying that it is. The registered-trade-mark symbol (the circled R, Unicode U+00AE) is not used anywhere on this estate, and it must not be used for any of our marks unless and until a registration is actually granted and its registration number is recorded in the repository's brand-usage record.

We make no claim that any mark is a registered trade mark, that any design is a registered design, or that any part of the platform is patented or patent pending.

3. What is protected

Our rights, and our licensors' rights, cover:

• software, source code and documentation;
• databases, database structures, taxonomies and data mappings;
• algorithms, methodologies, valuation, scoring and calibration logic, and workflows;
• prompts, agent instructions, and model-routing and orchestration logic;
• reports, templates and user interface and user experience design;
• mascots, characters, logos, branding and get-up.

The rights relied on include copyright, design rights, database rights, trade marks, goodwill and the right to sue for passing off, rights in confidential information, and trade secrets.

4. What you must not do

Except where we have expressly licensed it in writing, or where the restriction is one the law does not allow us to impose, you must not:

• scrape or crawl this estate;
• extract its contents in bulk, or copy them systematically;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of it;
• republish or resell it, or its outputs;
• use a substantial part of it to build or improve a competing dataset, database or product;
• use it, or any of our protected proprietary materials, to train, fine-tune, distil or otherwise develop a machine-learning model.

5. Other people's marks and materials

Names, marks, logos and materials belonging to other organisations stay theirs. We do not claim them, we do not claim open-source or other third-party material as ours, and we do not remove or replace anyone else's attribution or licence notice. Where third-party components carry notices, those notices are kept with them.

6. No implied licence, and no waiver

Nothing here grants any right or licence. No licence arises by implication, by estoppel, by course of dealing, or because material has been made accessible to you. Rights not expressly granted are reserved. A failure or delay in enforcing anything in this notice is not a waiver of it; a waiver is effective only if we give it in writing, and then only for the instance and purpose stated.

7. Contract terms come first

This notice explains our position on ownership and use. It does not replace the InMyPocket Commercial Terms and Conditions, the Disclaimer, or any Order Form, product schedule or data-processing document. Where a contract you have with us says something different, the contract governs.
